Fig. 14 is motivated as a zoom of Fig. 13 in the low -t region "for a better visualization" . However, the zoom is too "strong" to be useful to compare the 
results of the two experiments (CLAS & HALL-C), as the CLAS data are out of the 
plot in most of the bins and only one CLAS point appears in the remaining bins. 
I propose to relax a bit the zoom (at least up to -t=1.0, or better 1.5).
