I still have a few comments:
Abstract: inequalities in math modes (but not the GeV), to insure proper spacing on each side of the < sign.
Order of references.
P1l47 and in Fig.1 caption: replace “analysis” by “work”.
P1l63: remove “, in turn,”
P2l15: “four-vectors”
P4l39: “following Section”.
P4l41: “(see Section V)”.
P4l61: replace “gamma* p -> n pi+” by “e p -> e’ n pi+” which is relevant here.
P4l63: replace “insure” by “ensure”.
P6l35: “The criterion used to …”
P7l62: is it kinematic or kinematical? I let the English natives decide….
P8l36, 41 and Fig.9: there are apparent contradictions between the stated 2-9 % range and 82/850 one hand, and all the points below 2% on the figure on the other hand. This has to be fixed.
P9l46: replace “relative” by “reasonable”
P10l55 and Table II: remove the < sign.
P10l62: “is then approximately 12%”.
P11l17: remove parenthesis, since this info is also in the figure caption.
Fig.13: 10^-2 on the vertical axes
P15l51: replace “deg” by appropriate symbol.
Fig 13-16 are not quite of publication quality. Also try to see what they will look like once reduced to publication format.
