Dear Authors of He3 paper,
In general the message of the paper is clear, although the text overweighted with theoretical speculations. For a non-expert in your particular reaction the precocious scaling observed may or may not surprise according to proper experience. Spin-dependent observables, which you mention in the introduction, indeed seem to exhibit scaling at relatively higher energies, but it is not good example for your spin-independent measurement.
I would suggest to modify Table I adding |t|_min and s_min of the scaling region for each reaction. Or may be you could substitute s-range and theta_CM with them, since the latter ones are of no use in this paper whereas you do claim to have lowest |t|_min among these reactions but give explicit values only for 1 or 2 of them.
In line 250 you may have a mistype in cross section dimensions. And I am not sure you have defined "scaled cross section" and its relation to the "invariant cross section".
Finally in line 323 you probably have to substitute "lepton" with "photon" beam.
Best Regards,
Mikhail.
