A couple of typos not caught by others yet:

- p4, right col, para 2, line 4: "preconditon" -> "precondition"

- p7, right col, 2 lines after eq (19): "Guassian" -> "Gaussian" (two times)

- In the acknowledgments, please remove the duplicate acknowledgment to "the United Kingdom's Science and Technology Facilities Council"
