Dear Kei and Reinhard,

A nice paper, with interesting results. I have just a few comments:

- line 165 et seq.: You have labelled the N*'s with spectroscopic notation, but the PDG now uses J^P. I have no strong feeling for this, but you might want to consider if it is worth using the "current" convention.

- line 214: was -> were

- line 423: The function quoted here (Ce^-Dz) looks to be the same as that used in variant 2. Did you mean Ce^+Dz ?

- Could you please add in the acknowledgments "the United Kingdom's Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC)"?
