Hello Ivan et al.,

Your paper looks very well put together, and I learned a few things from reading it... so I am happy!  I don't have the same level of detailed comments as Michel, and I'll just mention two very small things you may want to fix.  First, we don't use first names in the author list.  Second, the big table in Appendix C will not be accepted by the journal.  They will remove all the boxes around the numbers.  Physical Review has their own way of doing things, and if I were you I would do it right from the start so they can't make a mistake with your values.  See any current issue for the typical tabular formatting that they enforce.
