The paper looks nice.
Here are some comments and suggestions.

Notation: page.line

2.17: "on [10]" -> "in [10]

Fig.5 seems redundant, could be dropped. Fig. 4 has everything.

4.9: GeV -> GeV/c

5.27: "...intersection of the track with the beam line." Generally speaking with CLAS resolution tracks do not intersect beam line. What did you use for the vertex? DOCA? 

5.78: for completeness include max angle for EC

10.6,10.13: reconcile numbers 12% and 0.89 

12.35: Table VII is out of sequence. It is referenced before Tables V and VI.

Fig 23: Include in caption symbols for data points.
