[Clascomment] OPT-IN: Momentum sharing in imbalanced Fermi systems

To the lead authors:

I agree with the comments that have gone before, in that this is a very interesting paper that brings an aspect of the work we do in CLAS to a much broader audience.  The very first sentence in the abstract struck me, though, possibly because I teach many general education courses:

"The atomic nucleus is composed of two different kinds of Fermions, protons and neutrons, with heavy nuclei having more neutrons."

This is of course true.  It is also true, however, that heavy nuclei have more protons than light nuclei.  That's why they're heavier.  

What you're trying to say, of course, is that the ratio of neutrons to protons is higher in heavy nuclei than it is in light nuclei.  Most people in the field would understand this immediately.  Given the more general nature of Science, however, this ought to be reworded.  A lay reader could conceivably come away thinking that the only difference between a helium nucleus and a uranium nucleus is that the uranium has more neutrons...
