[Clascomment] OPT-IN: Resolving the proton form factor problem by comparing electron and positron scattering from the proton

The paper review committee has considered the collaboration comments
to the "TPE paper" and find that the authors have adequately
answered all significant issues.  We approve the paper for submission
for publications.
