Hi Colleagues:
	I am very much in favor of the standardization of analysis note production and the review process. I strongly support the proposals in the document which the committee has posted. I am especially supportive of the procedures for the standardization and centralization of the the “low level” analysis procedures which are outlined in the latter part of this document.
