Dear Silvia,

                For lack of better solution, the compromise suggested by Silvia N. is fine with me. Like Chief Joseph, "I will fight no more forever".

I just note for Michel that the draft of this paper which was posted for comments had the CFFs defined as 4 complex form factors everywhere, before I sent my comments. Only one equation (ImF) was not consistent with that definition.

But somebody else said "never say never", and maybe this controversy will continue on other papers. But then, I will wait if and when other colleagues want to raise this issue.
