Hi Moskov (and the cast of thousands reading this...):

Actually, on this point the bylaws are quite clear.  My original message contained this line, but I give it here stripped out for clarity.

C.7.d:  ...Limited members added at the discretion of Spokespersons may be listed either among the lead authors or in the main body of the list...

I say again: as long as Alexey is a limited member, the ordering of the author list is not controversial, according to the Charter and Bylaws.
