Dear Daniel,
thanks for your careful scrutiny of the draft, and for the nice words.
I implemented all the comments you suggested. Concerning the “Color online”, you are right. I opened few recent PRL papers and the disclaimer is not reported any longer. Therefore, I’ll remove it. Also, I dropped all the “c” symbols, using a format with c=1.
