- page 5, right column, last paragraph. Why nomenclature change? The super ration is defined as R_A in Eq.(1), and on the figures, why A_A^{\pi^0} here? It should be R_A.

Nomenclature changed throughout the paper to  $R_\mathrm{h}$ as defined in Eq.(1) and used in figures.

- page 6, 1s paragraph of the Conclusion, an unclear sentence, "The attenuation (decrease in R^{\pi^0}) increases with …". Perhaps "increase" should come before what in parentheses.

The sentence was rephrased. For clarity, the use of 'attenuation' was further substituted by 'suppression'.
