first of all congratulations! This was not an easy analysis.
Now my question: in Fig.30 the resonance contribution at 1.5 GeV seems to be much larger than the experimentally observed in the data and slightly shifted to the right. I would guess if you add a smooth non-resonant contribution to render it comparable with the data this issue will clearly emerge. It actually goes in the same direction of the red data points in Fig.27.

Have you tried to fit your data with presented "resonance contribution" + non resonant terms from Ref.[26]? Does it describe the data?

I do understand that there could be non-negligible interference between resonances and non-resonant parts, but if it is so large does it make sense to speak about separated resonance contribution?
