It is good to see that this work has got to a draft publication stage. I don't have any comments in addition to those already highlighted by colleagues.

I imagine that there will be a few funding non-US agencies to acknowledge (but the usual acknowledgments are generated after the author opt-in). Please ensure to include "the United Kingdom’s Science and Technology Facilities Council".
