Overall, a nice paper. Only 2 small comments:
1) The beginning of Section II is nonsensical (not a sentence) - probably you left this in just to check if anybody actually reads the paper? ;-)
2) In Section III, you discuss some systematical uncertainties quite thoroughly, but you don't mention (even in Section F "Other Sources") potential systematics due to
- pi- misidentified as trigger electrons
- pair-symmetric lepton background misidentified as scattered electrons
- radiative effects
A sentence or 2 on each of those would be appropriate.
