[Color_transp] update

Hi all,

I've the most updated BCM parameters, calibration parameters and timing
windows and reference time cuts in our CT12GeV directory in github.

I guess we are ready to run the pass with this.

Please let me know if something seems changed in your files, although I've
made every attempt not to do that.
