[Color_transp] update

Hi Professor,

I copied my work in the following location:
/w/hallc-scifs17exp/e1206107/CT12GeV/ct_replay/ct_timing_window/

This directory ct_timing_window contains the code that I used to get the
timing window and reference time for different detectors for out CT
experiment. This directory has all the plots as well as a rootfile that has
all the histograms that are used to set the window.

Please let me know if you think anything needs to be changed. In the
meantime, I'm going to write a tech_note on which histogram goes to which
parameter file and location etc and put there.
