Hi all,
Here are the instructions from Brad for extracting the camera angle image for a run:
----------
On the cdaq cluster, go into your analysis directory and make a symlink
to the script:
% ln -s /home/coda/coda/scripts/Angle_snapshots/get_coda_photos .
Or copy the script if you want:
% cp /home/coda/coda/scripts/Angle_snapshots/get_coda_photos .
This script uses evio2xml to support extracting the image
so you will need to run it in a place that has access to the coda
tools.
./get_coda_photos /cache/hallc/raw/shms_all_02229.dat
If you are in a typical analysis directory with symlinks to
raw, cache, etc, then you can just give it the filename and it will
search the usual list of paths:
./get_coda_photos shms_all_02229.dat
This works for me under the 'hallc_replay' environment on cdaql1 (for
example).

Replaying a few runs that were missing the image, I had to log into cdaql3 (machine where this is stored), open mozilla, and look for the angle associated with that image using the time stamp. This happened about 10% of the runs I checked. We should consider going through certain runs and checking these angles to update them in our kinematics file. This is particularly important for the heep checks and our pending pass0 over the data.
