[Color_transp] Camera angle extraction

And the kinematics file checker I was talking about works only for the
epics variables not the photographs.
But it is a good tool to skim through the kinematics file and compare it to
epics values and highlight those that have problems.
If you need the script just ask Brad for a copy,
