[Color_transp] CT12GeV Software Updated

Dear All,

The following items of CT12GeV software under /work directory on ifarm 
were updated last night:

-- ct_replay was updated to include update that Holly pushed to Github.

-- hallc_replay was updated to the latest commit from Hall-C Github 
repository.

-- hcana was updated to the latest commit from Hall-C Github repository.

One convenient way to check which file changed (with many other 
information) is to use the command "gitk" ( make sure "/apps/git/bin" is 
under your PATH) from the corresponding git directory on ifarm. This 
will pop up a nice GUI with all changes related information grouped. For 
example, if you run "gitk" command from ct_replay directory, it will 
show changes for that git directory. Similarly do it from hcana, 
hallc_replay or CTAnalyzer directory to check history of changes of the 
respective directory. It shows changes from everybody (any change made 
to hcana or hallc_replay by Hall-C developers for example). This could 
be useful if you get a different result after any update and you want to 
track the origin.
