[Color_transp] new_simc_rootfiles

Hi Holly,

The new SIMC rootfiles for all the targets and kinematics are in the
following locations:

/lustre/expphy/volatile/hallc/comm2017/e1206107/ROOTfiles/new_simc_rootfiles/

To better understand the structure and naming of the rootfiles, please take
a look at the README.md first which is in the same link as above.

I'm sorry it took a bit longer time than I thought to get it done.
