[Color_transp] Low HMS runs in Q2 11.5

Hi all, 

> The HMS was set to the wrong setting for 6%C at the Q2=11.5 setting for coin runs 2441-2450 and the singles run 2451.

At the moment, the optics looks very different for these runs (set 200 MeV low), and they should be excluded.
