[Color_transp] Low HMS runs in Q2 11.5

Hi all,

Latif noticed that this ended on run 2446. 

So the runs we should exclude for now on Q2=11.5 Carbon: 2441-2445. 

The good runs range from 2446-2463 and run 2451.
