[Color_transp] Emiss, pmiss

Hi all,

I hadn't been using pmiss and emiss cuts in my previous analysis, so I'm
only starting to pay attention to those distributions now.

I was under the impression that both quantities should be close to zero.
Looking at our pass2 root files for C12 Q^2=8, pmiss is near 0 but emiss is
up around 10. Am I missing something?

The text boxes in the histograms are the cuts I used.
