[Color_transp] [EXTERNAL] My CT pass2 re-replay root files

Hi all,

The pass2 I re-replayed are here on ifarm:
/volatile/hallc/comm2017/jmatter/ROOTfiles/pass2

I used this commit for ct_replay:

It occurred to me just now that there may still be minor differences
because my hcana is newer than what was used for pass2. My hcana is up to
date up to this May 2019 commit:

There have been some hcana commits since, but it looks like they're mostly
helicity-related.
