[Color_transp] [EXTERNAL] My CT pass2 re-replay root files

Hi all,

I was spot checking the counts in some of the runs. I am comparing the results between John’s replay and our pass2 replay with our current “final” results.
/volatile/hallc/comm2017/e1206107/ROOTfiles/pass2/
Run 3188: 2626 counts

to the output location John specifies here:
volatile/hallc/comm2017/jmatter/ROOTfiles/pass2/
Run 3188: 2663 counts

The version John used looks fine to me in terms of the database and optics matrices. Perhaps there is a difference in the HCANA? To verify, can you replay run 3188 using the HCANA that Deepak used and see if we recover the same counts? I can count it if you point me to the file.
