[Cst_pnt] Firefox Users / Recent Update

All Firefox Users, 

You will notice a pretty significant change to Firefox over the next few days....Mozilla has pushed out a new release. After installing it, I started receiving an error, "Failed to read the configuration file." In addition, several internal sites came up with security warnings.... To fix this I had to reinstall the JLab Root Certificates. You may do this by going to this site: 

https://cc.jlab.org/JLabCAs 

Clicking root certificates as identified below... It will ask you to confirm they are ok... click the trust an then click ok...that should allow you to get to JLab sites without the error.... Also, I have put in a CCPR regarding the config file error.
