[Cst_pnt] Costpoint Non-Operational This Morning

All, 

Costpoint is non-operational this morning....In addition, it appears as though it went down before the nightly jobs that build the Web Reports.... We need to get the system back up and re-run the process to have valid web Reports. I will let you know....
