Dear Colleague,

We would like to invite you to participate in the 
mini-symposium on "Physics with an Electron-Nucleus Collider"
which will take place at the  the 2010 APS/APPT  April meeting 
in Washington DC from 13 to 17 February.

We hope this meeting will facilitate the discussion 
of  the  physics program  as well as the parameters of  a possible high 
luminosity electron-ion collider which may open a new frontier for 
studying the QCD structure of nuclei and nucleons.
