[Cuga] 2011 User's Group Poster Competition-A message from Sucheta Jawalkar

Dear User Group Member,

The 2011 JLab User's Group Annual Meeting will take place from Monday, 
June 6th
through Wednesday, June 8th. The program includes a variety of physics 
talks,
presentations from the User Group Board, lab management, and funding 
agencies,
as well as talks from our recent Prize Winners. The Jefferson Science 
Associates
Initiatives Fund has again sponsored our *waiving student registration 
fees*.
We will again have special *lunch* discussions for graduate students.  
The poster competition continues, with a first prize of $1000, a 2nd 
prize of $500,
and a third prize of $250. To qualify for the award, abstracts are due 
no later than
Wednesday, *May 25th *at *5:00 p.m*. Abstract submissions should be sent
electronically (.doc or .pdf format) to _lcarlson at jlab.org 
<mailto:lcarlson at jlab.org>_ and should be 300 words or less.
Failure to follow instructions will affect your chances to qualify for 
the competition.
