[Cuga] 2011 NSBP/NSHP meeting - JLab award- A message from Paul Gueye

This email is to remind you about the upcoming deadline for abstract 
submission (September 1st) to the 2011 NSBP/NSHP annual meeting to be 
held in Austin, TX on September 21-24, 2011. *Because of the tight 
schedule that the organizers have to follow, the notification for this 
event has been late but they will extend the deadline for abstracts 
pertaining to poster presentations by a week (note that these abstracts 
may not be included in the booklet)*. We encourage all the users to 
submit their abstracts, particularly students (_full travel and 
registration is provided for students for this conference!_). Also, the 
*Physics and Accelerator Divisions at JLab will each give an award* 
($150 plus a plaque or certificate) for the best poster (experimental or 
theoretical work) relevant to the laboratory scientific program.

The Joint Annual Conferences of the National Society of Black Physicists 
and the National Society of Hispanic Physicists, sponsored by the 
National Science Foundation, the University of Texas at Austin, and the 
Southeastern Universities Research Association, will bring together over
