Thank you to those who have sent in nominations and required documents! 
There is still time to make the January 31st deadline. Send nominations, 
thesis and letters to: lcarlson at jlab.org. See below for further details:


> The UGBoD expects to award the "2011 JSA Thesis Prize" for the best
> Jefferson Lab related thesis at the summer Users Group meeting, 
> scheduled  June 04- 06, 2012 .  Please consider nominating people who 
> have  defended during 2011. Please send Lorelei Carlson 
> (lcarlson at jlab.org <https://mailman.jlab.org/mailman/listinfo/cuga>) a brief nomination, giving the name and 
> institution of the person being nominated and the names of three people 
> who will send letters of recommendation, along with a copy of the 
> thesis, preferably electronically. All materials must be received by 
> Tuesday January 31, 2012. The prize is sponsored by JSA and includes a 
> $2200 award with an invitation to give a presentation on the candidate's 
> thesis subject at the 2012 summer meeting.

> We would also like to remind everyone of the Postdoc Prize competition which
> has a deadline of January 3, 2012.
