Dear JLab user,

I would like to bring to your attention the following meeting, organized
by the APS topical group on hadronic physics. We hope that many of you
will be able to come, and we have attempted to make it easy (and
inexpensive) for students who are attending the April APS meeting to
attend the GHP workshop as well. We believe that the program will
present a broad overview of hadronic physics at JLab and elsewhere, and
be very beneficial for students interested in hadronic physics.

-John Arrington, on behalf of the GHP program committee

10-12 April 2013 in Denver, Colorado (just before and co-located
with the APS April Meeting) at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

Dear colleague,

We provide below information on the upcoming GHP workshop. Both abstract
submission and registration are open on the workshop web site.

We are hoping for your attendance and participation, and that you
will also encourage your students to join in. We have a reduced
student fee, see below. Limited support is available for the travel
of junior scientists. The development of the plenary program is
advanced, but we welcome your suggestions for invited talks.

abstract submission
Please submit your abstract before Feb 1, 2013
For contributed talks, please note: It is possible that, owing to
time constraints, not all contributions can be accommodated.
Please restrict the abstract to one page and email your abstract
to ghpworkshops at gmail.com

registration
Please register before Feb 22, 2013, using the form at
https://sites.google.com/site/ghpworkshop/home/registration
GHP2013 is a separate meeting from APS April 2013, and has a separate
registration fee.
The registration fee is due upon your arrival and payable by cash or
cheque:

Regular registration: $100 ($80 for GHP members)
Student registration: $40 ($20 for GHP members)

Instructions on how to become a member of the GHP are available on
the registration web site.
Note: The annual fee for a unit membership is $8, so (at least for
the year) it is cheaper than to pay the extra $20 for nonmembers.

We are looking forward to your input,
with kind regards,
the organizers.
