After a recent review of records, it was brought to our attention many
Users do not have a current User/Collaborator Agreement. This was due
to an oversight, which we apologize for. Those users without a current
form on file will receive an email from JRIS within the next 30 days
with a link to the form where you can sign electronically. Thanks for
your cooperation in this.
