We would like to invite you to participate in the EIC Tracking R&D Workshop
on May 09, 2015 at Temple University:

key items:

a) Date / Time:

The workshop is a full day meeting on Saturday, May 09, 2015 from 
09:00AM until
06:00PM followed by dinner in Center City, Philadelphia.

b) Arrival / Departure:

We suggest that you arrive on Friday, May 08, 2015 and stay until 
Sunday, May 09, 2015.

The EIC R&D Tracking Workshop will take place on the Main Campus of 
Temple University in the new
Science Education and Research Center (SERC), 4th floor, Large Seminar 
Room 408.

All sessions will be live broadcasted using WebEx. We will broadcast the

each speaker. Remote participation is possible, but we encourage you to 
attend this workshop
in person.
