[Cuga] Addendum to October 2014 - September 2016 Experiment Schedule - R. Ent/A. Freyberger for the Experiment Scheduling Committee

CEBAF operations have now been restored to a 1 GeV/pass beam energy
due to limited CHL availability following an outage. We have agreed
upon an extension of accelerator operations, at one pass only and up
to May 18, as outlined in a schedule addendum posted. This will
accommodate:
- accelerator studies during week days
- HPS operations at 1 GeV beam energy in Hall B during evenings and
  weekends, if compatible with 12 GeV installation priorities. We do
  foresee 10 hour shifts for 12 GeV work during week days 
Monday-Friday.

Beam will be turned off from May 8 Friday morning until May 9 Saturday
afternoon for the scheduled IPAC tour. Beam operations will stop on
May 18 at 6 am.
