Annual Bake Sale Scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 22 
The Jefferson Lab community is invited to the Quark Cafe's annual Holiday Bake Sale on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. The bake sale will be in the CEBAF Center lobby and include a variety of breads, holiday cakes and pies by Gerry Fortin, owner of Lucille's Bakery in Richmond. The bakery items will be available in a range of prices. Quantities are limited; Come early for the best selections. 

Personal Dosimeter Changeout Set for Next Week 
Jefferson Lab's semi-annual personal dosimeter changeout will occur the week of Dec. 21-23. This includes the dosimeters of all lab staff, users, subcontractors and students. If you will be away from the lab on vacation or travel, be sure to put your dosimeter in its assigned place in the rack before you depart the lab. As always, make sure your dosimeter is in its assigned rack at the end of your work day. If you need to use your dosimeter during the changeout period or if you have questions about changeout, contact Becky Mosbrucker, x7236. 

JAG Holiday Party Photos Posted Online 
Digital photo albums from the Dec. 12 JAG Holiday Party have been posted online. One album includes pictures taken with Santa Claus; the other includes holiday party photos. Retrieve Your Items from Lost and Found 
The CEBAF Center Reception Desk also serves as the Jefferson Lab Lost and Found collection point. If you notice a likely “lost” item, please turn it in to the CEBAF Center receptionist. Let the receptionist know when and where it was “found” and any other potentially useful information. The Lost and Found currently has a man’s, black synthetic zipper jacket that was left in ARC Conference Room 231 in November; a size 44-short, tan corduroy sports jacket; and an Acer tablet that was discovered at the back of the CC auditorium in June. The Lost and Found also currently includes several pairs of glasses and other small items. Visit the CEBAF Center Reception Desk, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to claim lost items. 

CEBAF Center North Atrium Entrance & Deck Sidewalk Closes on Dec. 16 
Effective Wednesday, Dec. 16, the contractor installing the new optical fiber at Jefferson Lab will close the north atrium sidewalk and entrance, as well as the brick-path sidewalk leading to the deck, for installation activities. While the entrance is closed, pedestrians entering CEBAF Center from the north will be routed to the F Wing stairwell doors. 2016 General Access RWP Ready for Review 
The 2016 General Access Radiological Work Permit is now available for signature. If you are a radiation worker at Jefferson Lab, you must read and electronically sign the new RWP before Dec. 31 to retain your accelerator site access. This year’s RWP contains new restrictions/policies. Be sure to read this document in its entirety. You may access this document from off-site. The document is SAF801kd, and it can be found on the Web-Based Training page. If you have trouble with the links or with signing the document, contact Becky Mosbrucker at becky at jlab.org or x7236. TIAA-CREF 401(k) GSRA Open Enrollment Ends Dec. 17 
The 401(k) Group Supplemental Retirement Annuity (GSRA) Open Enrollment for Calendar Year 2016 will be offered through Dec. 17. All elections will be reflected in the Jan. 15, 2016, paycheck.
