Dear Colleagues,

We contacted you last week concerning the upcoming Joint CTEQ and POETIC 
7 meeting on November 14-18, 2016
at Temple University. We urge you to book your hotel and register NOW. 
The conference hotel (DoubleTree Hotel) has a block of
rooms which will only be available until Friday, October 14, 2016 this 
week at a rate of $159 per night.  The hotel is conveniently
located right next to the subway station in Center City of Philadelphia. 
Hotel prices in Center City are very high. You do
not need a rental car if you are staying at the DoubleTree Hotel. Please 
take advantage of this!

Philadelphia. The preferred rate is $159/night . Please use the above

International Conference 2016’.

The registration process involves two steps:

(a) INDICO registration (Create account first!)

(b) Registration fee Credit Card payment (Create account first!):

Senior: $325 (Days 1-5, including full program); or $175 (Days 4-5, 
joint CTEQ / POETIC 7 sessions only).

Ph.D. student: $275 (Days 1-5, including full program); or $125 (Days 
4-5, joint CTEQ /POETIC 7 sessions only).

The registration fee includes the reception, banquet dinner, coffee 
breaks, breakfast, subway tokens and proceedings.

*There will be a late fee of $50 for registration fee payments after 
October 31, 2016.*
