[Cuga] *Update* April - May 2018 Experiment Schedule - a message from R. Ent/A. Freyberger for the Experiment Scheduling Committee

The beam schedule for the months of April and May 2018 has been updated to account for an FY18 budget that includes
funding for more operating weeks than initially anticipated.

Based on the original FY18 budget guidance, we expected to operate for twelve weeks to Mach 23. A transformer failure
affecting the Central Helium Liquefier forced a three weeks break in the program. The operations calendar was adjusted
to compensate for the lost time and operations were expected to end April 16. With the increased FY18 funding, operations
will continue to May 6 and the experimental program has been adjusted accordingly. The Fall 2018 experimental program
will also be adjusted to reflect an earlier startup date - we are still working on this and an updated schedule will be published
at a later time.
