[Cuga] August 2018 - December 2019 Experiment Schedule - a message from R. Ent/A. Freyberger for the Experiment Scheduling Committee

The experiment schedule for the period August 2018 - December 2019 has 
been updated. To accommodate the increased number of operating weeks in 
FY18 above those initially expected, the Fall run will start late 
August. It will then transition, without stop, into the fiscal year 2019 
(FY19) run allocation on October 1 and continue until late December 
2018. Based on the present FY19 budget expectations, operations will 
re-start late January 2019 and continue to early March. A summer run is 
expected to take place June - August 2019. A total of 28 weeks of 
operations are projected at this time for FY19. Eight weeks with the 
accelerator operating at about 1 GeV/pass (low energy, summer 2019 
running), seventeen weeks operating at higher gradients and, three weeks 
of machine recovery (one week before each run period starts).
