After discussion with the User Liaison administrator about the nature and participants of the JLUO Annual Meeting, we will be modifying the COVID protocol for the JLUO Annual meeting as follows:



  1.  All attendees in the auditorium are required to mask properly (i.e. mask over nose, good seal, surgical mask or higher grade) while in the auditorium.
  2.  Masks and social distancing  are strongly encouraged (but not required) if congregating in the CEBAF atrium.
  3.  Outside of these areas, standard Jefferson Lab COVID protocols apply.
