[Cuga] Draft of the JLUO input to the LPR process: feedback requested- a message from Carlos Munoz Camacho

Dear colleagues,

    following our meeting on Sep 8 (https://indico.jlab.org/event/589/), the JLUO board has drafted a text that we hope summarizes the thoughts of the JLab user community about the future of our field.

   While we understand that no single text can represent everybody's opinions, we expect that these set of recommendations can make a general consensus in the community and be used as input to the Long Range Plan process.

    We have posted a draft of this text in the JLUO wikipage:
