Dear colleagues, thanks to JSA initiative fund support we are
organizing a workshop about superconducting electronics and detectors
from November 28th 2022 to December 1st 2022.
It will be a good opportunity to learn about performances of those
devices, in the context of experiments using cryogenics already but
also for more mainstream use now with availability of cryocoolers.
Superconducting nanowire can have excellent timing properties, while
Transition Edge Sensor and Superconducting Transition Junction have
excellent energy resolution. Josephson Junction based electronics are
still a bit ahead from standard semi-conductor electronics in terms of
 clock frequencies.

Program is still being put together but we foresee one session about
detectors, one about materials and lithography techniques, one about
electronics (superconductins electronics, cryogenics CMOS readout ,
application to quantum computing and AIML), one about cryogenics and
 one about possible physics applications.

Preliminary schedule is available at :

 https://indico.jlab.org/event/555/

Registrations are open for in person or remote attendance at

 https://misportal.jlab.org/Ul/conferences/generic_conference/registration.cfm?conference_id=SUPERCONDUCTING-NOV2022

If you want to contribute for a talk on any of the aforementioned
topics especially for experiments running at cryogenics temperature,
send a mail to camsonne at jlab.org.

 Best regards,

 Alexandre
