[Cuga] HUGS 2023 fellowship for graduate students in developing countries- A message from César Fernández-Ramírez

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that we are restarting the HUGS International
Fellowship for Graduate Students in Developing Countries that got halted
because of the pandemic.

The fellowship covers travel expenses - including international airfare -
room, and board to attend the 2023 Hampton University Graduate Summer
(HUGS) program, a flagship summer doctoral school of the US Department of
Energy, at Jefferson Lab (Newport News VA, USA).  It also includes an
additional 1 or 2 weeks stay in Jefferson Lab to meet with the laboratory
researchers and users, and to initiate or strengthen a research
collaboration.
