[Cuga] PWA13/ATHOS8: Deadline Extended to April 2nd- A message from Alexander Austregesilo

Dear Colleagues,

The International Workshop on Partial Wave Analyses and Advanced Tools for Hadron Spectroscopy (PWA13/ATHOS8) will be held at William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, USA between May 28 and June 1, 2024. It is organized in collaboration between the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility and William & Mary.

We cordially invite you to participate in this workshop and submit a contribution through the website: https://indico.jlab.org/e/athos2024

Even though we have already received a diverse selection of interesting abstracts for all tracks, a few open slots for contributed talks remain in the schedule. For that reason, we just extended the deadline for abstract submission. The new dates are:

  *   April 2nd: Deadline for abstract submission
  *   April 2nd: Deadline for dorm room application as part of the registration (priority is given to early career researchers)
  *   April 30th: Deadline for early registration fee

Feel free to distribute this message in your collaborations or forward it to other individuals who may be interested. We apologize in advance if you receive this announcement more than once.
