Registration is open for the Summer 2025 Joint EICUG/ePIC Collaboration Meeting
This year’s joint meeting will take place July 14-18 and will be hosted by the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab) located in Newport News, VA.  To ensure that those who are not able to come in person are able to participate we will be using zoom.

As we will be meeting at a national lab, a few steps are required; but we have tried to make the steps as straight forward as possible (see below).    Please note a REAL ID or passport will be required for visiting the lab.
