The Department of Physics and Physical Oceanography at the University of 
North Carolina Wilmington invites
applications for a one-year Lecturer to teach introductory physics 
laboratory courses, beginning in August 2012.
This is a full-time, benefit earning, non-tenure-track, term appointment 
for the 2012-2013 academic year with
  the possibility of renewal dependent on departmental need and funding.

The successful applicant will have a M.S. or higher degree in Physics or 
a closely related field. In addition,
  it is desirable but not essential that the applicant have some 
experience in teaching physics courses at the
  introductory level.
