[Cugapost] Postdoc and Engineer Opening at HIM- A message from Keith Griffioen

The Helmholtz-Institute Mainz (HIM) is a joint institution of the GSI Helmholtz Centre for

Heavy Ion Research GmbH in Darmstadt and the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz

(JGU). The Helmholtz-Institute Mainz combines the expertise of the Institute of Physics,

Institute of Nuclear Physics, and the Institute of Nuclear Chemistry at the University Mainz

with the GSI in Darmstadt to study the questions of structure, symmetry, and stability of

matter and antimatter. HIM is located on the campus of the University Mainz and consists

of 6 independent research divisions: Theory Floor, Electromagnetic Processes, Hadron

Spectroscopy and Flavour, Symmetry of Matter and Antimatter, Superheavy Elements,

Accelerator Physics and Integrated Detectors.
